By registering for Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025 - Digital Transformation Conference (“the Event”), you agree to the following terms, which form a binding agreement between you (“Attendee”) and Siemens Industry Software India Pvt. Ltd. (“Siemens”), in collaboration with Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited (“Zeal”), the official registration partner.
Admission is granted only to individuals who have successfully registered through the official event platform and completed payment via Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited secure gateway. Each registration permits entry for one individual. Siemens reserves the right to deny entry for any unauthorized registrations or transfers.
All associated travel, lodging, and personal expenses are the responsibility of the attendee.
Registrations may not be transferred, sold, or assigned without written approval from Siemens. Any violation may result in cancellation of registration without refund.
By attending, you grant Siemens permission to record your likeness, voice, and participation through photography, audio, or video. These recordings may be used globally in promotional or editorial content across any medium, in perpetuity.
You waive any rights to review, approve, or receive compensation for such usage. Unauthorized recording or live streaming of any part of the Event is strictly prohibited.
All content, materials, trademarks, and presentations shared during the Event are the intellectual property of Siemens or its partners/speakers. Reproduction, distribution, or misuse without prior written consent is not permitted.
Siemens reserves the right to cancel or postpone Realize LIVE Asia-Pacific 2025 – The Digital Transformation Conference due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations. In such cases, the Conference will be rescheduled to an alternative date and/or a full refund of the registration fee will be provided.
All participant cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the Global Events Team.

All registration-related transactions, including refunds, will be processed by Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited, the official digital partner and payment gateway for the event.
By registering, you consent to Siemens and Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited collecting and processing your personal information for event management purposes. You may also choose to allow sharing of your contact details with event sponsors for networking. Sponsor communications are governed by their individual privacy policies.

You agree to indemnify Siemens, Zeal Integrated Marketing Solutions Private Limited, and all associated parties against any claims or losses arising from your conduct at the Event.
Siemens and its partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, unless otherwise required by law. Liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for registration.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
